How soon do you need your drysuit?
Our drysuit servicing process begins with an evaluation to assess your suit’s condition. The evaluation on your suit begins once we have received it at our Service Centre, with a service form.
Following the evaluation, you will receive a detailed quote outlining the service work required and possibly recommended on your suit. This professional assessment of your suit will allow you to make an informed decision on how you would like to proceed with the servicing, based on the condition of your suit and the cost of service.
When your quote is approved, your drysuit servicing can begin. Our Economy, Priority, and Express options provide you with a choice of service turnaround times, depending on how soon you plan to need your drysuit back.
Please contact us before sending your drysuit for service to check the approximate service turnaround time, which may vary considerably from Easter to October in the peak season.
